1. We are the only "Microsoft Certified Partner" developing Microsoft Solutions in Goa.All the rest are just registered partners. There is a huge difference!
**Working on the Microsoft Dev Platform, with a Certified Partner has a huge amount of benefits - for your present and future too.
2. We are one of the few Companies that offer our clients & partners "Total Solutions" on the Microsoft & FOSS (LAMP) Platforms. Being Linux & PostgreSQL listed consultants’ means we are respected in that sphere too.
**What better way to launch your career than working with a Company that is active in both the major development spheres.
3. We are probably the only Company in Goa that does not always "Need experienced candidates"... If you're a smart fresher, willing to learn quickly & have the proper background your studies should have given you - we'll hone your skills to world-class.
**We are not a company of programmers. We have openings for Internet Researchers, System Administrators, Network Engineers, Designers, Documentation Specialists and BackOffice Team members - the whole gamut of posts a "Total Solutions Company" has. We are an Equal Opportunity Employer too.
4. Interested in "Mobile/Hand-held Development"? We develop for the iPhone/iPad, Android and Windows Phone - Mobile Platforms.
**Not many companies do this. Let alone in Goa!
5. Money is not everything! Sure a lot of companies pay more than we do and offer much more attractive-looking packages. But at the end of the day, for your career growth and satisfaction - it's the work you do, the stuff you learn and the amount of exposure you get.
**One reason most people who start with us (when they do) move to other Companies go straight into very senior roles.
**We ARE professionals and MAKE professionals. That's what Online -- Goa is all about.
