Some people leave with a lasting impression. Such has been the case with one of our Ex-employees, late Edgar Boniface D’Souza.

He was one of the very first to join our team at Online, an extremely talented young man, working as a Support Engineer & Programmer. Hard to believe, that a man of such extensive talent could leave our midst so soon.

Eligibilty:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer engineering or related field.
• At least one Microsoft certification is compulsory for Windows and not for Linux

Qualities:

• Smart & capable of grasping quickly.
• Open to learning.
• Excellent English communication skills.
• Multi talented and multi-tasking.
• Problem solver, ability to troubleshoot.

Job Responsibilities:

• Provide support, resolving technical issues quickly and accurately
• Promote and maintain high quality, professional, service oriented company image among customers.
• Troubleshoot, resolve problems with server and client software.
• Work on various operating systems like Microsoft Windows (server and client OS) and Linux server and MAC OSs .
• Perform system administration tasks to support server, workstations and organizational network environment.
• Co-ordinate with the development team for deployment of software applications.
